If it says it's free and does specify the name of the stratagem. It means you reduce the cost by 1 and can double up on its use for that specific stratagem. An example of this is a necrons hexmark destroyer with overwatch. Both reduce the cost of the stratagem, but you can only double up if the stratagem is specifically mentioned in the ability.. Here's the question! Can the Hive Tyrant's ability "Will of the Hive Mind" be used to use the "Fire overwatch" stratagem twice in a phase?
