The bottom line is that Helldivers 2 is fun and community driven. Gears has shifted since Gears 3 to be a overly competitive-driven game and less focus on more of what made Gears "fun" Obviously this is just my opinion but I feel that Escape doesn't replace Beast, and Horde had divulged into min/max builds or whatever and less focus on just having fun. Plus The Coalition messed up Gears 5's.
