Ghosts of Starmen are enemies encountered on Jupiter beginning in Chapter 3. Shortly after Alinivar arrives in Bolos, a Ghost of Starman and a Blue Starman show up to destroy the town, and end up attacking the party.. When in battle with a Ghost of Starman, immediately put up a PSI Shield Σ or PSI Shield Ω to deal with the Ghost of Starman's Starstorm attacks. Defeat the Ghost of Starman after any Final Starmen and Evil Eyes, and before any other enemies.
Ghost of Starman is an enemy in EarthBound. It can use PSI Starstorm α and, after counting down, PSI Starstorm Ω. Using PSI Shield Σ or PSI Shield Ω is effective. It always uses its battle actions in the same order. The Ghost of Starman also drops the best defensive ribbon, the Goddess ribbon, at a 1/128 rate..
