To revert to the old aol email format, check for a 'switch to classic view' option in settings or preferences.. My old emails and sent messages have disappeared on aol.

If unavailable, clear browser cache and cookies, then reload aol mail.. I’m trying to add new contacts to my aol mail list but the save button won’t light up or let me save them
