The Game of Life effectively helped me discover my love of houses, which, like my love of board games, continues to this day. (I am a real estate editor, after all.) I still look at that A-frame on my grandparents' lake and think of the game.

Hi all, My family and I have been playing a variety of board games over the holidays, and Game of Life has stuck with us. We love making up stories about our players as they go through life. However, even with 3 players, we feel the game is too short. There are multitudes of action cards and other things and we haven't seen even 1/3 of them.. House is an induction coil. It is generation 3 of pi-heptomino and part of two of the three blinker fuses for offset 4. It is produced by both slow puffer 1 and slow puffer 2 (latter produces a pi heptomino that becomes a house, then a p18 house-based fuse). It can also be seen as a cis version of the integral sign. Due to the eater -like caps, it can be used as a glider eater when stable.
