Includes wire layouts, color codes etc.. If the seat motor works then your problem is the wiring along the path from the connector to the starter relay or to the fuse box for 63 Tbirds. To trace that out you need the color of the wire to trace it as it comes out of the console under the dash. From the diagram it is probably blue black.

Until I get the manuals these are the best I have. You can see the red/blue wire in both the seat and the window schematics. They lead to the breaker in both cases. I completely disconnected the power window safety relay and still had the same issue. It looks to me like the red/blue runs straight from the breaker to the safety relay.. Okay. I now have power and ground to the power seat. The black wire is properly connected to the circuit breaker. It runs through the firewall to a junction block located under the center console. At the junction block it becomes the red/blue wire to the power seats. The black wire to the seat is attached to the mounting screw of the junction.
