The hose doesn't appear bad, just the rubber connector. Here's a better picture. The connector itself is brittle and seems to be cracked. Also when I ran a smoke test, smoke came out of the hole it's connected to. I'm also hearing a whistle with the throttle so I'm thinking it could be the bad rubber connector..
