Sansui 7070 Receivers Receivers Audio Devices Spring Air

I now have a small collection, a; Sansui 7070, Sansui 4900Z, Onkyo TX 2500, Onkyo TX 2500 MKII, Yamaha CR 640, Onkyo TX NR509, Technics , a few others and several sets of Speakers from Polk Audio power port's, Bose AM5's, Bose AM6's, KLH floor standing loudspeakers, and various others.. Sansui Model 7070 ReceiverTested and working. Truly remarkable quality and sound. Arguably the "sweet spot" in the Sansui line, these 7070's sound great. this one is no exception. All front lamps & meters working.Light cosmetic wear - Metal grille has a few light spots. Faux woodgrain lamin.

Both sound amazing. Some day I will do an A-B comparison. The 7070 is the sweet spot of the x0x0 line of Sansui's receivers - right in the middle of that series. The 7070 will provide 70 watts per side RMS into 8 ohms, even though it's rated at 60 watts per side. The sound is sweet full range, unbounded Sansui sound. And its looks are amazing.. Sansui 7070 in the living room! I picked up the receiver tonight - sparkling clean, all bulbs lit, etc. The seller picked up the unit at an Estate sale, and it looks like one of those stories where it only ever used for FM radio by the looks of it. He cleaned it with de-oxit and replaced a set of bulbs (even though only one bulb was out).
