For sale is my ultra clean 1979 Suzuki FZ50 with 300 original miles. This is an absolute gem and a rare find. Essentials have been serviced: carbeurator deep cleaned, Fuel petcock rebuilt with genuine Suzuki parts, fuel lines replaced with genuine Suzuki OEM lines, new NGK OEM spark plug, new exhaust gasket, new Suzuki OEM throttle cable and brake lines, brand new headlight and taillight bulbs.. FZ50 rear tire size can be increased from a 12x3" tire to 12x3.5" without any changes. This adds a bit less than 2" in tire height which will increase gearing and top end. A 12x3.5" tire should fit with out any changes. Transmission The FZ50 and FS50 have a 2 speed automatic transmission. The 2nd speed clutch works by centrifugal force dictated.
