There is no external recirculation line and no external pump. The mode is set to "No Circulation." Specifically, DIP switches 1, 2 & 3 are all OFF and the two-way valve is set to INT. I suspect the builder just left the default settings. It seems like I should change the mode to "Internal Ricirculation." (That is, DIP 1 is ON, and 2 & 3 are OFF).. Recirc Interval Time: Set the recirculation duration. (Default 20 min) Recirc Sample Time: Set the recirculation interval. (Default: 30 Min) Recirc Off Diff. Temp: Set the Recirculation Off offset temperature. (Default: 9 °F) The unit is setup for DHW to use the internal recirc pump and an external recirculation loop.
We have a Navien NR-240A installed in new construction in 2012. We are on well water and have a low flowing well. The house is set up with recirculation, though I am not sure where in the house the "T" on the system is located. We seem to have to run hot water for a long time to get it hot.. External Recirculation: Let you select commands in the menu to preheat according to the set DHW temperature; 3. To exit the view information mode, just press the back button on the front panel. Either you select the Internal Recirculation Mode or the External Recirculation Mode, both these modes has three common recirculation loops:
