The show still hasn't confirmed whether or not he really wants to marry her, but considering everything, things could very well be on that path. The show is known to deviate from the books, so Emhyr's intentions might change and could be more focused on getting Ciri's powers.. I just recently finished the entire Witcher-saga (except Season of Storms). What an amazing ride! I am, however, a bit confused about Emhyr's plan (which is the main driver of the saga). As I understand, Emhyr (who is secretly Ciri's father) wants to marry and impregnate Ciri, so that his descendants will both inherit her powers and the throne of Nilfgaard, and save the world in so many.
