K-rend's own Crack repair system is the only system manufactured by k-rend to help eradicate any issues caused by building movement/ settling. The 2 part system consists of a colour matched fissure infill applied by Silicone cartridge gun, the flexible infill fills the crack and may in some circumstances be enough on its own resolve the issue.. The easiest way of patching K-rend is to use the same finishing render (rendering patching compound) by rubbing it in with a piece of polystyrene. So called 'repair kit' have to be applied to smooth, dry and clean substrates free from grease, bitumen, dust and other substances decreasing adhesion.

The K rend is buttermilk in colour but I dont know what type it is, its the same stuff all the way through to the wall and it has a scratched finish. I'll try a builders merchant for any open bags of the stuff, like I said the area that needs doing is only about the size of a 2 pound coin..
